You don't need to know before you call. We start with the problem, the trigger and the outcome you need, then determine whether it fits Legacy Modernization, AI Adoption, Fractional CTO or Technical Due Diligence. If none is the right fit, we'll tell you.
Do you advise, or do you actually deliver?
Both. Depending on the engagement, we assess, specify, build, govern and lead. Our work is designed to produce something usable — not a strategy deck that leaves you to figure out what happens next.
How does an engagement start?
With a 45-minute Technical Review Call, at no charge. We understand what has happened, what needs to change and whether we can genuinely help. If there is a fit, we define the first scoped step before any work begins.
How do you price the work?
We scope and quote each engagement before it starts. There is no standard rate card because there is no standard job. Where possible, we begin with a clearly defined, fixed-scope piece of work so you know what you are committing to.
What if we're not sure we're ready?
That's fine — you don't need to manufacture a project before speaking to us. We'll help establish whether there is a real problem, a clear trigger and a sensible next step. If the answer is “not yet”, we'll say so.
